UPS Insurance, Customer Service Exposed by KPIX-TV
November 7, 2008 – 12:22 amUPS is getting its back side handed to them over breaking up customer packages in San Francisco. They even described how when you ship something at a store front shipping joint like the Mailboxes, Etc. (which uses its UPS account to ship on your behalf - for a hefty fee, of course) and it gets broken, UPS will refuse to talk to you because you do not ‘own’ the package as far as they are concerned: the store that shipped it does. UPS customer service at its finest.

With reference to the segment on CBS TV news last p.m., as a stockholder I would like to know if the shoddy treatment received by the costomer is true or what.

Of course its true! Much of the stuff they are talking about has been done to me in the past. And I doubt CBS would let them air anything that was not verified, the lawyers tend to check over these types of segments before they air.

lol a medical doctor posting a message like that…? and i’m not referencing the poor spelling/grammer… i just think its funny how insubstantial your claims are and i also think its funny how the company doesnt even bother shutting this site down (legal or otherwise) i guess its a comic illustration of how ridiculous the competitors may be… i just had to comment because of the pretend doctors message and how obviously fake that was… i dont know why im bothering acknowledging this but its irritating when such retardedness can have a domain name… get a life
