The Latest UPS Scam: Charging You for Items You Didn’t Ship

Meet Matt. He lives in Ohio. And one day, a TV he didn’t order - or ship - showed up on his door step. UPS charged his account for $120.12 this service rendered. Whats more, the TV was left outside on his porch when no one was home - and it was broken. Talk about dropping the ball, jeez. UPS didn’t do anything right here. Read more about this tale here.
